Other teams from the First Region include Owensboro Apollo, Calloway County, Graves County, Henderson County, two teams from McCracken County, Meade County, two teams from Muhlenberg County, five teams from Ohio County, two teams from South Warren, and two teams from Trigg County.

The Marshals’ pairing of Tristan Barrett and Evan Bremmerkamp claimed the state championship in 2018 with a 27 pound, 11 ounce total over two days after finishing 10th in the regional tournament.

It’s the first return of Marshall County anglers after missing the 2019 cut and 2020’s cancellation due to the pandemic.
