Marshall County 6, Livingston Central 5

Four runs at the bottom of the first, accompanied by one in the third and fifth. Livingston Central tried for a late rally that nearly won them the game, scoring five runs in the seventh.

Alicen Harris went 1-for-3 with two RBI. Gracelynn Darnall went 1-for-2 with one RBI and a double. Tia Thorpe went 1-for-3 with one RBI and a homerun. Marin Oakley went 1-for-3 with one RBI. The Lady Marshals totaled nine hits and one error.

Harris picked up the win, pitching 6.1 innings with six hits, three runs, and two strikeouts. Thorpe and Darnall each pitched 0.1 innings with one hit. Darnall posted zero runs, while Thorpe posted two runs and one strikeout.

Marshall County 11, Calloway County 3

The Lady Marshals blew out the Calloway County Lady Lakers with an 11-3 victory. Marshall put themselves on the board with one run in the first, which Calloway followed with two in the second. The Lady Marshals reacted by scoring nine runs in the third and fourth, and Marshall kept the lead for the remainder of the game.

Charley Pursley went 4-for-5 with two RBI and a double. Anna Vasseur went 3-for-4 with two RBI and a double. Chloe Coursey went 3-for-5 with two RBI and two doubles. Madyson Morton went 1-for-3 with one RBI and a homerun. Thorpe went 1-for-4 with two RBI and a homerun. Chevelle Henson went 2-for-2 with one RBI and a double. The Lady Marshals totaled 15 hits and zero errors.

Thorpe picked up the win after pitching all seven innings with eight hits, three runs, and two strikeouts.

Marshall County 4, Murray High 2

The Marshals beat out Murray at home, winning 2-4.

Harris posted four RBI.

Harris picked up the win, pitching 5.1 innings with three hits, two runs, and one strikeout. Darnall gained a SAVE, pitching 1.2 innings zero hits or runs and one strikeout.

Apollo 3, Marshall County 2

The Lady Marshals traveled to compete in the Owensboro Catholic Classic over the weekend. Their first game began with a hard-fought 2-3 loss against the Apollo Lady Eagles.

Vasseur went 1-for-3 with one RBI. Henson went 1-for-2 with one RBI. The Lady Marshals recorded five hits and two errors.

Thorpe picked up the loss, pitching five innings with four hits, three runs, and one strikeout. Darnall pitched one inning with one hit, zero runs, and one strikeout.

Owensboro Catholic 3, Marshall County 1

In their final game of the Owensboro Catholic Classic against the host team, Owensboro Catholic, the Lady Marshals fell 3-1.

Harris went 1-for-2 with one RBI. The Lady Marshals totaled one hit and three errors.

Darnall picked up the loss after pitching six innings with 10 hits, three runs, and four strikeouts.

Marshall County 7, Caldwell County 2

The Lady Marshals hosted Caldwell County, earning a 7-2 win against the Lady Tigers. Marshall held a 4-2 lead until the sixth innings where they scored three more runs, turning it into a 7-2 lead which gained them the win.

Harris went 1-for-3 with three RBI. Coursey went 1-for-3 with one RBI. Pursley went 2-for-3 with one RBI Marshall recorded 14 hits and zero errors.

Darnall picked up the win, pitching all seven innings with eight hits, two runs, and three strikeouts.
