The Marshall County Preschool/Head Start/Early Head Start is now enrolling students for the 2023-2024 school year. Preschool applicants must be a Marshall County resident and age 3 or 4 on or by August 1. Eligibility is based upon federal income guidelines or a documented disability, regardless of income.
Marshall County Preschool Screenings will be held by appointment only on April 14 at the Marshall County Library. Developmental screenings are available to Marshall County residents with concerns about a child’s development and all families registering for Marshall County Preschool.
Early Head Start is a home-based option for pregnant moms and children through the age of 3. It provides development education and family support. Families must meet income guidelines to qualify.

Once the online application has been completed, you will receive a phone call from office staff to schedule a screening for your child and an in person appointment to complete the remainder of the application.
