Q: Position?

A: Children’s librarian at MCPL in Hardin

Q: How long have you worked at the library?

A: I’m coming up on my first year in this position and my second year working for the library.

Q: What is your favorite thing about being a librarian?:

A: My j-o-b is more of a j-o-y. My favorite part about this position is having the opportunity to encourage children to recognize the library as a fun and safe place to be, and helping foster a life-long love for reading.

Q: What book would you recommend and why?:

A: My favorite book to recommend is “Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type” By Doreen Cronin. It’s really funny and enjoyable for the reader and the listener. It also won a Caldecott award for the illustrations.
