Halloween in Marshall County

A number of Halloween activities are taking place across Marshall County in the coming days, offering a variety of events with free, kid-friendly fun for families.

Oct. 26

▲ Boo Bash at Mike Miller Park in Draffenville from 5-7 p.m. Offering candy and a number of activities for children. Located at 596 US Highway 68 West in Draffenville.

▲ Charlie Nelson Trucking & Excavating 9th Annual Trunk or Treat from 6-9 p.m. Featuring inflatables, chili supper, a hay ride and candy for the kids. Located at 1833 Benton Briensburg Road.

▲ Annual Community Trunk or Treat at Twin Lakes Worship Center from 4-6 p.m. Located at 4166 US Highway 641 North near Draffenville, across from Catfish Kitchen.

▲ Moors Resort & Marina Trunk or Treat from 4-6 p.m. located at 570 Moors Road in Gilbertsville.

▲ Briensburg Baptist Church Harvest Festival from 5-7 p.m. located at 891 Briensburg Road in Benton.

▲ Briensburg Church of Christ Harvest Festival with outside activities including pumpkin bowling, jump house, corn crib and hay maze beginning at 3 p.m. Inside activities begin at 6 p.m., including the free chili dinner. Located at 2349 Benton-Briensburg Road in Benton.

Oct. 27

▲ Hardin Baptist Church Trunk or Treat from 4:30-6 p.m. located at 6869 US Highway 641 S in Hardin.

▲ Unity Cumberland Presbyterian Church's Fall Festival from 5-7 p.m. offering games, food, face painting, fellowship and a cake walk. Located at 1530 East Unity Church Road in Hardin.

▲ Olive Missionary Baptist Church Trunk or Treat from 5-6:30 p.m. also featuring a free chili supper. Located at 4611 Olive Hamlett Church Road in Hardin.

Oct. 30

▲ First Baptist Church Benton Trunk or Treat from 6-7 p.m. also featuring free hot dogs, chips and popcorn.

Oct. 31

▲ First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) Trunk or Treat from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Free hot dogs and popcorn in addition to the candy. Located at 2515 Main Street in Benton.

▲ MC Rescue Squad's Annual Halloween Safe Stop from 4:30-7:30 p.m. located at 201 Ash Street in Benton (across from Walmart).

▲ Lake Way Nursing & Rehab Spook Walk from 5:30-7:30 p.m. located at 2607 Main Street in Benton.

▲ Walnut Street Baptist Church Trunk or Treat at 5 p.m. with chili and hot dogs too, located at 1605 Walnut Street in Benton.

▲ Aurora Baptist Church Trunk or Treat from 5-8 p.m. located at 16236 US Hwy. 68 in Hardin.

▲ Multiple agencies are hosting a Trunk or Treat in the Marshall County Judicial Building parking lot from 5:30-8 p.m. located at 80 Judicial Drive (on 5th Street) in Benton.

▲ The Marshall County Public Libraries in Benton, Calvert City and Hardin will accept trick-or-treaters during regular business hours, which are as follows: @Benton 9 a.m.- 8 p.m., @Calvert City 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., @Hardin 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
