The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Almo teen on Dec. 27 in connection to a burglary.

At approximately 9:30 a.m., Calloway County Sheriff’s deupties responded to a residence on Baywood Vista Drive for a reported burglary. Upon their arrival, they spoke to the owner who reported seeing two people leaving upon his arrival and that a handgun was missing from his residence.

At approximately 12:20 p.m., Deputy Brandon Winebarger arrested Dakota Wood, 18, of Almo, in reference to the investigation. Wood was charged with First-Degree Burglary and was taken to the Calloway County Jail.
