Kids of all ages enjoyed learning about the Wildlife, Heritage and Outdoors of the region at the third annual WHO Festival held Saturday at Mike Miller Park in Draffenville. The event was sponsored by the Friends of Clarks River National Wildlife Refuge to promote the outdoor legacy unique to the area.
