She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Curt Phillips of Benton; one son, John Haynie and his wife Angel of Madisonville; two daughters, Anne Phillips and her husband Mark of Collierville, Tennessee, and Mary DeBold and her husband Jim of Versailles; eight grandchildren, Megan Haynie, Andrew Haynie, Shannon Haynie, Colton Phillips, James DeBold, Emily DeBold, Jennifer Mitchell and Kendra Larkins; six great grandchildren, Chase Mesi, Noah Mesi, Ethan Larkins, Andrea Mitchell, Carter Madison and Mayley Larkins; one brother, Charles Crutcher of Rochester, Minnesota and four sisters, Theresa Crutcher Melton of Madisonville; Reba Crutcher Qualls of Nokomis, Florida; Hollie Crawford-Farr of Centralia, Washington and Kippie Crawford of Centralia, Washington and her step-mother, Phyllis Crawford of Centralia, Washington.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Tanya Crawford and her step-father, Charles Crutcher. Her parents were, Cordie Malloy Crawford and Mary Frances Williams Crawford.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 21 at Benton First United Methodist Church. Dr. Ben Boone officiated. Burial followed in the Benton Cemetery.
