Jeffery Owen Billingsley, 46, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma died Tuesday, June 10 at his home.

He was born March 7th, 1968 in Richmond, California, to the late Leo Owen Billingsley and the late Betty Rose Billingsley. Jeff was a 911 Dispatcher in Oklahoma City as well as a retired Memphis police officer. He also served in the United States Air Force for four years in Blytheville, Arkansas as a young man. Jeff loved the Lord, his family and his friends. 

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Rachel Baldwin Billingsley, mother Mary McCain of Memphis, Tennessee; mother-in-law Mary L. Baldwin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; father-in-law, Jerry L. Baldwin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; brothers Steven Leo Billingsley and Michael McClure; brother Richard McCain of Memphis, Tennessee; brother-in-law Jonathan D Baldwin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sisters Melvia J Sailor of Missouri and Susan Lynn Summerhill of California, sisters Ashley McCain and Stephania Lloyd-McCain of Memphis, TN; sister-in-law Jennifer Baldwin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; aunt Claudia Patterson of Memphis, Tennessee; uncle Jesse Patterson of Memphis, Tennessee; neice Shakiera Lloyd-McCain of Memphis, Tennessee; nieces Addison Baldwin and Peyton Baldwin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and nephew Richard Rion McCain of Memphis, Tennessee. He also leaves behind nine other nieces and two great nephews as well as a host of other cousins, great nieces, great nephews and many beloved friends. 

He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Rose Billingsley, his father Leo Owen Billingsley and his sister Nancy Lee Kettler.

A memorial service for Jeff will be held on June 17 at 10 a.m. at Crossroads Church, 8901 S Shields Blvd. in Oklahoma City. Cremation arrangements made by Oklahoma Cremation and Mortuary Service.
