Mrs. Wilma Louise Shuttz, 85, of Gilbertsville passed away Friday, June 6 at her home.

She was born Thursday, November 1, 1928 in Fowler, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Noble Guy Sipe and the late Hazel Keith Sipe. She was a housewife, mother, hairdresser, and accountant. She was a member of Briensburg United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Ann Krueger, husband Sam of Campbell Hall, New York, Donna Jeanne Ackermann, husband Kurt of Lafayette, Louisiana, one son, Charles W. Shuttz, Jr. of Ft. Myers, Florida, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 64 years, Charles W. Shuttz Sr., three brothers, James Sipe, Rolland Sipe, and Kenneth Sipe.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 10 at 7p.m. in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home in Benton. Bro. Bill Lawson will officiate. Interment will be held Thursday, June 12 at 11 a.m. at the gravesite in Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, Indiana.

Friends may visit with the family after 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 10 until the funeral hour at 7 p.m. at the Collier Funeral Home.
