She was an avid gardener and her humble outlook on life was reflected in something she had written in a notebook that her daughter found, “I have often thought I’m nobody. Doom and his wife Lou of Kuttawa; four grandchildren, Kenna Doom Elkins, Dee Ann Wallace, Sean Cotham and Jamey Locke; eight great grandchildren, Piper Cotham, Sloan Cotham, River Cotham, Caleb Wallace, Sophie Wallace, Jacob Locke, Shelby Locke and Hannah Lock; and one sister, Emma Lou Rose of Benton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. B. Copeland; one sister, Dorothy Sellars; and three brothers, John W. Creason, Herman Creason and Robert Louis Creason. Her parents were John Wesley Creason and Ida Mae Burnett Creason.
