Virginia March was born to Charlie Christopher and Marguerite Owen Christopher on February 6, 1920. She married Mack Wayne March on October 20, 1939. Mack March preceded her in death in August of 1982.
Virginia graduated from Litchfield High School in 1938. She was a member of the Elks Lodge #1378 in Redondo Beach, California and when she turned 91 she had to give up golfing but continued to play bridge at least three times a week. Virginia spent several weeks every summer in the Kentucky Lake area enjoying her family and making sure her grand, great grand, and great-great grandchildren knew their “Nana II”.
She is survived by her son Dwight Mack March, daughter Sherry Rae March Probasco, son-in-law Merle Hans Probasco, six grandchildren, Debi, Mark, Dennis (Pam), Katherine (Edward), Tammy (Daniel), and Dana, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, four siblings, and her companion of 22 years, Robert DeBarros.
