Robert David Gregory, 75 of Benton, died on Thursday, January 9, at Baptist Health in Paducah.

He was born Saturday, November 12, 1938 in Briensburg. He was the son of the late Roy Gregory and the late Ethel Dyke Gregory.

Mr. Gregory was a member of First Baptist Church, the Briensburg #401 Masonic Lodge, and a Kentucky Colonel.

He was the former owner of Gregory Slaughter House and was retired as an employee of the Marshall County Refuse Department.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Sirls Gregory of Benton; son, Ronald Gregory, wife Allison of Taylorsville, daughters, Melisha Edwards, husband David of Paducah and Brenda Edwards, husband Jeff of Benton, sisters, Martha Hobgood, husband Jerry of Benton and Elaine English, husband James of Benton; grandchildren, Lyndsay Gay of Paducah, Devan Edwards of Paducah, Arden, Annette, Adrian, Ross, and Ashton Gregory of Taylorsville, Claire and Morgan Edwards of Benton; and great grandchildren, Lynnley and Lynnox Gay of Paducah.

Funeral services wereheld on Sunday, January 12, at First Baptist Church of Benton with the Rev. Don Wilson officiated.

Masonic services wereheld on Saturday, January 12, at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Collier Funeral Home.

Interment followed in Provine Cemetery, Benton.
