Wilma Faye Sewell Farmer, 92, of Hickory formerly of Calvert City passed away at 2:55 a.m. Saturday, November 23 at Calvert City Convalescent Center.

She was a member of Trace Creek Baptist Church. She formerly worked at a Defense Plant in California and was a receptionist for Dr. Charles Epstein in Calvert City. She also worked as a pink lady at Jackson Purchase Hospital.

She is survived by one brother, Leroy Sewell of Calvert City; one sister Laura Smith of Calvert City; three nieces; Anna Hodge of Calvert City; Judy Hendrickson of Benton and Donna Dunn of Benton and three nephews, Danny Sewell of Calvert City, Billy Sewell of Benton and Dale Smith of Calvert City.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Evans and her second husband, Rudy Farmer; one brother, Robert Sewell. Her parents were, Robert Andrew Sewell and Dona C. Counce Sewell.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 25 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home.
