Joesph B. Fosko, Sr., 70, of Paducah passed away Wednesday, October 23 at Lourdes Hospital.

Joe was born in Paducah on September 20, 1943 to the late Bernard Lee Fosko and Helen Marie Riley Fosko. Joe served in the United States Navy, was a life member of VFW and longtime member of American Legion Post #31 and Calvert City Masonic Lodge #542. He was retired from Air Products and Chemicals and also was former owner/operator of Fosko Elevator Company. He was of the Catholic faith.

He is survived by his wife, Janice “Jan” Garrett Fosko; a son, Michael E. “Mike” Fosko; special granddaughter, Hunter Rylee Fosko of Belgium; a sister, Brenda Marie Coreau and husband Ted of Paducah; and two nephews, Ted Coreau, Jr. of Paducah and Tommy Coreau of Maine.

He was preceded in death by his son, Joesph “Joey” Fosko, Jr.; a brother, Michael Lee Fosko and his parents.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 26 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner and Orr Funeral Home. Rev. Jamie Broome officiated. Burial with military rites followed at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
