Imogene Rudd, 92, of Symsonia passed away at 7:20 p.m. Sunday, August 11 at Lake Way Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was a member and longtime pianist of the Clarks River Baptist Church. She retired as a sales clerk from Hancock Fabrics of Paducah.

She is survived by her daughter, Jill Bugg and husband Kenneth of Symsonia; her sons, John David Rudd and wife Deanne of Baxley, Ga. and Richard Ray Rudd and wife Wanda of Marion; her seven grandchildren, Dennis Bugg and his wife Suzan, Ricky Bugg and his wife Audrey, Linda Abner and her husband Mike, Regina Merrick and her husband Todd, Andrea Peak and her husband Ted, Scott Rudd and wife Kathy and Devin Morales and her husband Austin; 12 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ray Rudd; two brothers, Edwin Brown and Thomas Brown; and three sisters, Joy Lou Vaughn, Neva Thomas and Mayme Yopp. Her parents were Noble Butler Brown and Connie Ruby Haltom Brown.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 14 at Clarks River Baptist Church. Bro. Bruce Watts and Bro. Jim Boyd officiated. Burial followed in the Clarks Rivers Cemetery.
