The former Community Financial Services Bank Operations Center will go on the auction block Saturday.

The building at 1001 Main Street previously housed all of the operational, non-customer contact functions of the bank, according to Jason Jones, executive vice president of CFSB.

CFSB moved those operations into its new Fifth Street location last fall.

Jones said the three-story, 16,500-square-foot building includes office space, an elevator, a kitchen on the second floor and restrooms on each floor.

The building and lot, plus a generator, will be included in the sale.

Jones said the building would be ideal for a business looking for office space.

The auction will be conducted by Robert Alexander Real Estate and Auction Company of Paducah. The auction begins at 3:07 p.m. Saturday.

Interested parties may contact Jones at 527-6024.
