Judith Kay Ring, 65, Calvert City, passed away at 2:26 p.m. Sunday, March 31, at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, J.W. Ring, Calvert City; one daughter, Michelle Kelley of Benton; one son, Michael Stevenson of Calvert City; her six step-children, Brenda Booth, Pilot Oak, Janet Harris, Louisville, Cheryl Jean, Fulton, Charles Ring, Fulton, Sarah Anne, Mayfield, Nancy Carol, Fulton, and their families; her four grandchildren, Kandyce Owen, Kaylee Kelley, Kelsey Kelley, and Brandon Stevenson; one sister, Joyce Davis, Calvert City, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Bertie Story, and Gladys McElya; two brothers, William Solomon and Joel Solomon and two nieces, Elaine Borders and Mary Solomon. Her parents were William Leroy Solomon and Thelma Elizabeth Henson Solomon.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 4, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home & Crematory. Bro. Mark Burnett, Bro. Randy Story and Bro. Terry Phelps officiated. Burial followed in the Dees Cemetery.
