Dorothy Morris, 84, Benton, died on Sunday, March 31, at her home.

She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church. Born Monday, January 14, 1929 in Marshall County, she was the daughter of the late Curt Noles and the late Lala Nichols Noles. She was the wife of the late Harold Morris.

Surviving are son, Kenny Morris, wife Debbie, of Benton; daughters, Gina Morris of Benton, and Glenda Peek, husband Randy, of Eddyville; sister, Jean Fortune of Memphis, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Ryan Morris, wife Angela, Dustin Morris, and Emily Morris, all of Benton; and three great-grandchildren, Lawson, Dax, and Brayson Morris all of Benton.

She was predeceased by son, Jeff Morris; brother, Rubel Noles and sisters, Leola Wyatt, Mary Cope and Ruby Byars.

A funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, with the Rev. Don Wilson officiating.

Interment will follow in Benton Cemetery.

Visitation will be held between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, at the funeral home.
