Mark and the former Cynthia Lucas were married on Feb. 5, 1983 at St Pius X Catholic church.
Mark is the son of Jerry and Janice Devine. Cynthia is the daughter of Ray and Alice Lucas. Mark and Cynthia have two sons, Ryan and wife, Allison Devine of Gilbertsville, and Tyler Devine of Calvert City.
