He is survived by his wife, Carrie Sams Domingue, of Benton, and his children, Whitney Green of Benton and Emily Green, Kyle Sams and Cory Sams, all of Calvert City.
The funeral will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory. Bro. Joe D. Thorn will officiate. Friends may call after 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
