BRIENSBURG – Louisville-area private school Beth Haven easily swept a pair of basketball games from Christian Fellowship Friday night, winning the boys game 66-26 and topping a short-handed CFS girls team 55-6.
Eric Teodozow’s 17 points and 13 rebounds were not enough for the Eagles against a balanced Bearcat attack that featured four players scoring in double figures.
The winners were led by Dylan Hutchins, who had 20 points.
Beth Haven had a successful road trip, getting a win at Dawson Springs 51-43 on Saturday night to improve to 3-3.
CFS dropped to 0-5.
The Lady Eagles put only five players on the floor and were overmatched by the Lady Bearcats, who improved to 3-4.
Sunny Lim and Sung Kim led CFS with two points apiece.
