Christina L. “Chris” Myers, 51, of Benton, died Saturday, Dec. 8, at her home.

She was a retired LPN for Marshall County Hospital Long Term Care Unit. She was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Curt Myers of Benton; her father, Patrick “Pat” Murphy of Alton, Ill.; daughters Betsy Gansner, Shannon Gansner and Michaela Myers, all of Benton; a brother, Stephen Murphy of St. Louis; sisters Cathleen “Cathy” Easley of Greenway, Ark., and Theresa “Teri” DeLuca of Cantonment, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her mother: Rita Gaye Huch.

A funeral service will be at 5 p.m. on Wednesday at Collier Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Jason Sharp officiating.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 to 5 p.m.
