CALVERT CITY – An ATV wreck killed a Calvert City man on Sunday morning.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy William Strader responded to a call on McFarlan Road near Calvert City around 5:30. Joseph M. Busch, 37, was riding his ATV when he failed to make a left turn left the roadway and struck a log. He was thrown from the vehicle and was killed on impact.
Sheriff Kevin Byars said the victim apparently was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was a possible factor.
The accident remains under investigation.
