Debra Theis, 59, Murray, died Saturday, Nov. 10.

Mrs. Theis was a homemaker.

She was the daughter of the late Charles William Lamkin and Betty Cox Lampkin of Murray.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Theis of Murray; two sons, Jason Theis of Dongola, Ill., and Jody Theis of Belleville, Ill.; two sisters, Jan Inman of Murray and Rita Turner of Paducah; one brother, Charles Dwane of St. Louis; and two grandchildren.
