Harvey Thomas Culp, 84, of Benton, died Saturday, Oct. 27, at Marshall County Hospital.

He was a member of Briensburg Missionary Baptist Church, and retired as Maintenance Foreman for Airco Carbide in Calvert City.

He was the son of the late Floyd and Arlene Fieldson Culp.

He is survived by his wife of 63 Years, Nancy Ross Culp, Benton, one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Cunningham, Benton, two sons, Richard Culp and David Culp, both of Benton, three sisters, Carolyn Sturgis, Paducah, Sue Wynn, Benton, and Pat Defew, Benton, one brother, Charles Culp, Joliet, Ill., five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Mr. Culp was also preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Culp and one sister, Katherine Dowdy.

A funeral service was held at Briensburg Missionary Baptist Church at 11 a.m., Oct. 29. The Rev. Brad Walker officiated. Interment was at Provine Cemetery, Benton.
