Miss Riley is the granddaughter of John Marvin and Helen Cash Riley of Mayfield and the late Joseph Paul and Margaret Lois Ivie Burch. She is a 2009 graduate of Gateway Academy.
Kelly Allen is the grandson of the late Kelly and Margaret Allen and Harold and Geraldine Wynn of Tiline. He is a 2007 graduate of Marshall County High School and is employed by D &K Construction of Calvert City.
The wedding will take place on Nov. 10 at 6 p.m.at the Kentucky Dam State Park Convention Center. All family and friends are invited to attend. Only out of town invitations have been sent.
