Daughter of Tolbert and Lura Clark Harper, she was retired from Florsheim Shoe Company in Paducah.
She is survived by son J.D. McIntosh of Benton; granddaughters Bridgetti Merrick of Mayfield and Angela Sullivan of Boaz; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Mrs. McIntosh was preceded in death by her husband, Harold “Skeet” McIntosh; two sisters; one brother; and her parents.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, at Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Mel Mason officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
