This closure at KY 408 mile point 7.6 is for the replacement of a culvert and straightening of a curve at the Walnut Street intersection. As part of the realignment Walnut Street will be closed during the work.
This is in the 300 block of West 8th Street.
There will be a marked detour.
Scott & Murphy, Inc., is the prime contractor on this $480,875 highway improvement project. The work should be completed around December 1st, weather permitting.
