She is survived by a daughter, Joann McKinney of Paducah; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her mother and stepfather, Marjorie Holland Puckett and James L. Puckett of Benton; brothers Gary Powell and Mike Powell, both of Benton; stepbrothers James E. Puckett of Memphis, Tenn., and Stanley Puckett and Tim Puckett, both of Mayfield; and three stepsisters, Pat Weatherington of Louisville and Rosemary Puckett and Betty Brasher, both of Calvert City.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alton E. Powell; sister Belinda K. Powell, brother Larry Edwin Powell; and grandparents, Buford and Bessie Powell and John and Bernice Holland.
The funeral service was at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, at Provine Cemetery.
