Ledbetter was arrested and charged with Marijuana Cultivation, 5 or more plants (class D felony), tampering with physical evidence (class D felony) and possession of Marijuana (class B misdemeanor). Ledbetter was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
The Governor’s Marijuana Strike Force was assisted by Kentucky State Police Post 1 Troopers and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation is continuing by The Kentucky State Police.
