James Lee “Bo” Foley, age 58, of Symsonia, died Sunday, Aug. 26, at his home.

A native of Fort Dodge, Iowa, he was a civil engineer for Florence & Hutcheson in Paducah for 38 years.

He was a member of Pathway Baptist Church in Calvert City and was a member of Builders For Christ, Symsonia Masonic Lodge #917 and Woodmen of the World.

He is survived by his mother, Novalee (Vaughan) Foley; his wife, Sandy Foley, and daughter Brooke Foley; and brother Phillip Foley, all of Symsonia; and sister Net Ross of Stafford, Va.

He was preceded in death by his father, J. B. Foley.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 11 a.m. at Collier Funeral Home in Benton. Rev. Mike Donald will officiate. Interment will follow in Clarks River Cemetery in Symsonia.

Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, at the funeral home.

Masonic rites will be held Tuesday, Aug. 28, at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. The public is invited to attend.
