She was the daughter of Carl Smith and Clara Miller Smith.
She is survived by a son, Carl Hendrickson of Symsonia; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Hendrickson; brother Robert Smith; and sister Geneva Howard.
The funeral service was at Collier Funeral Chapel Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012, with Rev. Max Anderson officiating. Interment followed at Old Pilgrim Cemetery, Clear Springs, Ky.
