He is survived by one sister, Debbie Wells and one brother, Larry Phillips, both of Calvert City.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gurvis Phillips, his mother, Louise Russell Phillips Wells and one brother, Donnie Phillips.
Arrangements were handled by Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home. Bro. Jimmy Eaves officiated and burial was at the Calvert City Cemetery.
