Jerry was a veteran of the United States Army, He worked for Ashland Pipeline Company and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Grayville, Ill.
He is survived by his wife, LeLane Taylor; daughter, Mona Warrick of Crossville, Ill.; son, Kelly Tad Taylor of Crossville, Ill.; two grandchildren, Melinda Warrick and Cannon Blake Taylor both of Crossville, Ill.; two nieces; one nephew; and several cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Otis D. and Mona Elizabeth Taylor.
Private family services will be held. Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the arrangements.
