He was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a deck hand.
He is survived by his wife, Jammie Louise Minks Mills of Gilbertsville; three daughters, Chelsea Jordan Minks, Destiny Jo Louise Minks and Megan DeShea Lewis all of Gilbertsville; parents; William Robert Mills, Jr. and Doretta Lofton Mills of Paducah; sister, Kimberly Rene Mills of Paducah,; and grandmother, Evelyn Lofton of Calvert City.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory. Bro. Duane Holland will officiate.
