She was a homemaker and member of the Union Hill Church of Christ.
She is survived by, one daughter, Mitzi Cole, Benton; one son, Randy Wood, Benton; two grandchildren, Jennifer Darnall, Benton, and Amy Green, Benton; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Wood; brother, R.W. Vick; and sisters, Mary Byers and Jewell Redden. Her parents were Claude Franklin Vick and Ruth (Hurt) Vick.
Funeral services were held at Collier Funeral Chapel on April 29, with Rev. Joe Daryl Thorn and Josh Herndon officiating.
Interment followed at Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, in Benton.
