expected clear sky and a calm wind, which is conducive to the
formation of frost, will help to create the possibility of frost
formation. In addition, temperatures are expected to dip below the
freezing mark.
Plants and vegetation sensitive to freezing temperatures should be
protected.
A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent. These
conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
