Susan Ellen Elkins, 57, of Symsonia, died Sunday, March 11, at her residence. She was a home surveyor for Paducah Power and attended Union Hill Church of Christ.

She was the daughter of the late C.T. Jackson and the late Evelyn Florence (Cousins) Jackson.

She is survived by her husband: Charles Elkins, Symsonia; one daughter: Jacquelyn Eve “Jackie” Elkins, Symsonia; sons: John Elvis Elkins, Benton, Charles Eric Elkins, Benton; and two grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be at Collier Funeral Chapel at 1 p.m., Friday, March 16, Josh Herndon officiating.

Interment will follow at Union Hill Cemetery, Benton.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 15, after 5 p.m.
