Amber Lyles Perry and Jason Edwards Perry of Benton are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Scarlett Jean Perry.

Scarlett was born on October 17 at Western Baptist Hospital. She weighed 8 lbs and 9.5 oz and was 19.75 inches long.

Scarlett has one sister, Lillian Brooke Perry and her grandparents are Phillip and Karen Lyles.
