Midge graduated from Western Kentucky University with her Masters Rank I in 1985. She was a school Library Media Specialist and school Technology Coordinator. She was a member of the Kentucky School Media Association.
She is survived by her husband, Harold E. Dacus of Gilbertsville; one son, Mark Allen Logsdon of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; one daughter, Pamela Ann Mulligan of Smyrna, Tenn.; one step daughter, Kim Emberton of Martin, Tenn.; 3 grandchildren; one brother, Hal R. Kennedy of Glasgow; and two sisters, Chris Harding of Powell, Tenn. and Josephine Waters of Marion.
She was preceded in death by one son, John Allen Logsdon; and her parents Arthur B. Kennedy and Dortha E. Nelson Kennedy.
Memorial services were December 17, at Filbeck-Cann and King Funeral Home and Crematory.
