She was a member of Altona Baptist Church in Calvert City, she was also a board member of the senior citizens organization in Calvert City.
She is survived by her son, James D. Etheridge of Bellevue, Wash.; 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and her stepdaughter, Imogene Varini of Calvert City.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Nathaniel and Nannie Elizabeth (Roney) Phillips; and her second husband, Clarence West.
Services were Saturday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with a burial following at East View Cemetery. The Rev. Roger Rice will officiated.
