Miss Smith is the granddaughter of John and Rosie Walker of Benton and Tony Smith and the late Farrell Smith of Benton.
She is a 2000 graduate of Marshall County High School and a 2003 graduate of Paducah Community College. She is employed by Heartland Rehabilitation of Paducah.
Mr. Starnes is the grandson of Jimmy and Bonnie Seaford of Benton. He is a 2004 graduate of Marshall County High School. He is employed by James Marine Inc. of Paducah.
The wedding will be at 4:30 p.m. October 29 at First Christian Church in Benton. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Only out of town invitations are being sent.
