The charges stem from a weekend accident that resulted in the deaths of 21-year-old Kaytlin E. Lamb and 34-year-old Michael Hoy, both of Benton. Two others were injured in the accident. Williams was not hurt.
Williams was traveling east on U.S. Highway 68 in Palma at around 3:30 a.m. Saturday when he lost control of his vehicle in a curve, ran off the roadway and overturned before striking a utility pole.
Williams is jailed in the Marshall County Detention Center.
