Edwin Eugene “Bubby” Greer, 62, of Benton passed away Wednesday, August 10, at his home.

Bubby was a retired operator from Trinity Industries. He was a Vietnam veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by one daughter, Rhiannon Dawn Greer of Benton, a son, Damion Eugene Greer of Salem; his mother, Clara Mae “Suppie” Greer of Benton; five sisters, Shirley Smith, Margie Newton and Cindy Wolfe all of Benton, and Peggy Gipson and Pam Greer both of Calvert City; and one brother, Billy Don Greer of Calvert City.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alton E. Greer; and one brother, Ricky Greer.

Internment with military rites was held Saturday, at Maple Springs Cemetery.
