Bernice Bingham, 72, of Kuttawa died Aug. 3 at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.

She was a retired bookkeeper for Charles Story Construction in Calvert City and was a volunteer at Hope Food Bank in Lyon County. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by one son, Mike Bingham of Symsonia; two daughters, Mica Rudd of Trenton, Tenn., and Meia Bingham of Biloxi, Miss.; one brother, Larry Evans of Crestline, Kans.; one sister, Shirley Heavin of Topeka, Kans.; two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George L. Bingham, and one brother. Her parents were Charlie and Elsie Coyle Graham.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville is handling arrangements.
