Post 236 struggles
with a young
team and costant
personnel changes

Legion baseball is in full swing in west Kentucky and Calvert city’s Post 236 has started the season with a new coach at the helm and a young team.

Post 236 entered Sunday’s action with a 4-11 record.

Coach Scott Matlock said he is trying to build a team from a group of young players.

“We are young and a little inexperienced but I believe we have talent,” Matlock said.

“We have had a lot of personnel changes recently and I am in the process of overcoming them.”
