BENTON A Marshall County Grand Jury has handed down indictments in the case of three state inmates and one Calvert City employee.
The four men were charged with drug crimes ranging from criminal facilitation to manufacturing methamphetamine near a Calvert City school last month.
Twenty-two year-old state inmate Jordan Kilgore, 35 year-old inmate David Crosier, 29 year-old inmate John Cox and 38 year-old city employee Shane Greer all waived their rights to preliminary hearings in district court on Nov. 25.
The case was heard by the grand jury on Thursday, where it was found there is enough evidence to continue on with the charges.
The suspects will appear in circuit court on Dec. 21, where they will face the indictments.
Typically, pre-trial conferences will follow between attorneys. If an agreement cannot be reached, the cases will go to trial.
