—Jody Norwood/Tribune-Courier On Thursday March 1st at 11:30 a.m. Lt. Brett Edwards responded to Dogtown Road in reference to a possible injury accident. James W. Groves 51, of Benton, was east bound on Dogtown Road when he dropped off the right side of the road and was unable to recover. Groves overturned and came to rest upside down in the ditch. Groves was transported to Marshall County Hospital by EMS to be treated for his injuries. Above, emergency workers retrieve a gas tank which had fallen from Groves’ truck.
