Miss Shoulta is the granddaughter of Robert and Ruth Robertson of Boaz and Philip and Bonnie Shoulta of Paducah.
She is a 2010 graduate of Marshall County High School and a 2012 graduate of West Kentucky Community Technical College. She is employed by White and White Family Dentistry.
Mr. Joiner is the grandson of William “Buddy” Joiner, of Smithland; Gaydean Whitesett of Owensboro and Paul and Claire Clup of Sharpe.
He is a 2006 graduate of Livingston Central High School. He is employed by Jackson Purchase Cooperative Electric Company as a lineman.
The wedding will be at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 1 at Southland Baptist Temple in Paducah. A reception will follow at the Southland Activity Center. All friends and family are invited to attend.
